Rev. Dr. R. Joseph Tricquet, Jr. — Pastor
Dr. Tricquet, "Joby" to most, is a graduate of Samford University (B.A. ’87), Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (M.Div. ’90), and Samford’s Beeson Divinity School (D.Min. ’01). He has pastored churches in Indiana, Kentucky, and Alabama since 1991. He began his ministry at FBC in March of 2015.
Rev. Andrew Lewis — Minister of Music and Choir Director
Andrew Lewis holds Bachelor and Masters degrees in music from Stetson University in DeLand, FL and The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY, respectively. He is an ordained minister in the Southern Baptist Church and has served churches as Minister of Music in Florida, Indiana, North Carolina, and now Virginia. Andrew began as Minister of Music in 2021.
Rachael Burris — Administrative Assistant
Rachael Burris began serving as FBC’s new Administrative Assistant on Monday, August 28, 2023. Rachael, her husband Michael, and their two daughters reside in their hometown of Springfield. She is a graduate of Fairmont State University in West Virginia and brings a variety of work experience to our office administration. Rachael will be in the office Monday – Friday 10AM to 3PM each week. Welcome to our team!
